Postally Themed Novels:
Herzog by Saul Bellow
The Postman by David Brin
Going Postal by Terry Pratchett
The Crying of lot 49 by Thomas Pynchon
The Color Purple by Alice Walker

Epistolary Novels:
Lady Susan by Jane Austen
Griffin and Sabine: An Extraordinary Correspondence by Nick Bantock
The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis

To The Letter by Simon Garfield

Good Mail Day by Jennie Hinchcliff and Carolee Gilligan Wheeler

Collections of Letters:
Madame de Sévingné's letters
The Delicacy and Strength of Lace - Leslie Marmon Silko and James Wright
This list is meant as more of a personal reading list and archive for books that I have read than as an exhaustive list (which would be impossible). By Epistolary Novels I mean novels that are composed entirely of letters. Postally Themed Novels are books where letters figure prominently but are not the only text. I hope it might be useful if you are looking for a book to read!
